What you'll be doing at Webhelp
As a
French-Speaking Customer Advisor for Smart Cards Project, you will:

  • Analyze our customers' needs and personalize the relationship to better understand their expectations, reassure them and accompany them,
  • Develop a longlasting and quality relationship to enrich the customer portfolio within the framework of our Relational Excellence challenge,
  • Manage the files entrusted to you in compliance with procedures and security rules, demonstrating exemplary behavior, particularly in terms of rigor and integrity.

We'll be a great match if you:


  • Have a high level of French (written and oral):
  • Have analytical skills
  • Have excellent communication skills, combined with a formal and diplomatic position
  • Have a good organizational, time management and planning skills
