YOUR MISSION IN OUR HR DIGITAL TEAM


As a HR Digital Transformation Manager, you would provide functional support for Jerónimo Martins HR technology platforms including SuccessFactors and other HR systems and processes, by designing solutions to answer functional requirements and configuration challenges.


This role will be part of a team responsible for architecting the HR Digital landscape and defining its strategic roadmap.

Major activities include understanding the needs of the different functions, refining of scope, creating specification documents, design system features/functionalities and assisting with user acceptance testing.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Document outcomes and agreed design decisions, create design documents for system implementations;
  • Serve as the SME and HR Technology Analyst for technology projects /design /implementations;
  • Provide highquality customer support to employee stakeholders;
  • Refine processes, standards, and workflows that maximize efficiency and data integrity in the SuccessFactors modules and other HR technologies;
  • Work closely with our HR Functional Areas, People Analytics and HR Governance teams in ensuring upstream to downstream flow of data and user adoption is seamless, in case of issues, evaluate, analyze, plan and implement fixes to the source;
  • Be a collaborative partner to HRIT.
WHO YOU ARE /HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology /Engineering /Management or related field, or equivalent experience;
  • SuccessFactors configuration experience, preferably in Employee Central;
  • Experience in collaboration and support of different teams within the company (HR, IT, etc.);
  • Demonstrate functional understanding and knowledge of HR processes and workflows;
  • Translate needs into actionable technology requirements;
  • Strong understanding of project and change management tools and methodologies;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • Presenting requirements & collaboration across cross functional teams;
  • Thrive in an agile environment and can adapt to change;
  • Ready to develop and increase your skills relevant to the adaptive HR and IT roadmap;
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
