YOUR MISSION IN OUR HR DIGITAL TEAM


As a HR Digital Transformation Manager, you would seek innovative technological solutions for Jerónimo Martins HR ecosystem, by partnering with different vendors and developing proof of concept projects.

This role will be part of a team responsible for architecting the HR Digital landscape and defining its strategic roadmap.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and vendors to achieve planned deliverables and innovations;
  • Contribute to relevant, concise, quality documentation to support and influence decisions on HR technological roadmap;
  • Build strategic partnerships with HR departments to foster an environment of innovation, excellence, and entrepreneurship;
  • Understand our business and how innovation helps HR transformation;
  • You will design and execute proof of concept projects, with ability to implement agile solutions;
  • Design and recommend best practices for HR processes, systems and policies for all aspects of the customer experience employee lifecycle;
WHO YOU ARE /HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology / Engineering / Management or related field, or equivalent experience;
  • Between 2 and 3 years of experience as a business analyst responsible for delivering technological solutions together with developers and external partners.
  • Experience in designing proof of concept projects with an Agile methodology;
  • Previous project management experience;
  • Able to develop strong working relationships across all departments, levels, and companies. Experience in collaboration and support of different teams within the company (HR, Finance, IT, etc.);
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, and constantly changing environment. Thrive in an agile environment and can adapt to change;
  • Passionate for learning, innovation, and organizational development. Proactive, and can pick up skills/abilities at speed;
  • Translate needs into actionable technology requirements;
  • Ready to develop and increase your skills relevant to the adaptive HR and IT roadmap;
  • Excellent at communication skills with fluency in English.
