How are our real estate consultants?

  • Proactive property and client acquisition
  • Valuation and presentation of residential properties
  • Conducting market studies in the exclusive area assigned
  • Organising and carrying out property visits
  • Dealing with clients, both buyers and owners
  • Providing client assistance throughout the entire sales process
  • Ongoing professional clients support
  • Implementation of sales and marketing activities
  • Client portfolio loyalty

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese (other languages valued)
  • Experience of working with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Residence in the area
  • Loulé municipality or nearby (preferable)
  • Entrepreneurial profile
  • Passion for Real Estate
  • Experience in sales (preferable)
  • Excellent communication and argumentation skills
  • High capacity to organise, negotiate and close deals
  • Clear orientation towards objectives
  • Ability to work independently with high dedication
  • Positive attitude, confidence, friendliness and professional appearance
  • Strong motivation to increase knowledge in the real estate sector
