Our client is a leading real estate firm specializing in luxury properties in Algarve’s Golden Triangle area. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to providing unparalleled service to their clients, they have established themselves as a trusted name in the luxury real estate market.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Luxury Real Estate Agent to join their dynamic team.

**What to expect**

You will be responsible for representing our client’s prestigious clientele in the buying and selling of high-end luxury properties. You will leverage your expertise in the luxury real estate market to provide personalized and exceptional service to their clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with luxury real estate trends.
- Identifying and cultivating relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Showcasing and marketing luxury properties to potential buyers.
- Negotiating contracts and facilitating smooth transactions.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
- Collaborating with our client’s team to maintain their reputation for excellence.

**Your profile**
- Proven track record as a successful real estate agent, preferably in luxury real estate.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury real estate market in the Algarve, with a deep understanding of prestigious areas such as Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura, Tavira, etc.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.

**Compensation**

This position operates on a commission-based compensation structure, offering unlimited earning potential.

Your dedication and performance will directly impact your income, providing an excellent opportunity for a high salary based on your achievements.

25% of agency's fee on listing + 25% of agency's fee on closing
