Senior HR Officer Position at Mantu

The Human Resources Department at Mantu aims to support the growth of the company by providing employees with the necessary guidance and opportunities for career development. HR Governance focuses on mobility and training solutions, managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and more.

If you join us as a Senior HR Officer, you will be responsible for advising on HR matters, overseeing policies and procedures, managing administrative and legal aspects, and leading a team of individuals. Your role will involve:

  • Be accountable for the employee lifecycle within your area
  • Collaborate with external vendors for payroll and HR-related issues, if needed
  • Offer assistance on various HR topics like leaves, compensation, and problem resolution
  • Guarantee that compensation and benefits align with company policies and government regulations
  • Handle the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees
  • Manage internal communication on HR matters for the designated group
  • Organize and coordinate training logistics
  • Participate in enhancing HR processes and lean management
  • Contribute to HR group initiatives
  • Address inquiries related to payroll

Ideal Profile:

  • Holder of a Master's Degree in HR or equivalent
  • 4-5 years of HR experience with a strong understanding of Brazilian regulations and people management
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English
  • Desire to work within an international team
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Demonstrate curiosity, enthusiasm, excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, autonomy, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools like ChatGPT is a bonus for enhancing daily productivity
