Who we seek:
We are in search of our first Deal Desk team member outside of the US – a Deal Desk Analyst to bolster our EMEA Sales team, reporting to the Director, Deal Desk. As a remote member of our Deal Desk team, you will play a key role in streamlining our deal closure process and evaluating deal outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess experience in sales operations and thrive in a dynamic environment within a rapidly expanding company.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with Sales and Legal during contract negotiations, offering process enhancement suggestions for improved efficiency
- Serve as a consultant to the field regarding new business and renewal proposals
- Work closely with the CRO and finance teams to establish preferred deal structures, provide pricing and contract guidance to sales, and expedite deal closures
- Assist sales representatives in creating quotes, reviewing contract terms, and facilitating the billing process
- Partner with product, security, and privacy teams on various interdepartmental initiatives
What you'll bring:
- 1-3 years of experience supporting sales teams in deal desk, sales operations, or sales support capacities
- Proficient in communication (both verbal and written) with the ability to manage cross-functional team interactions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
- Thrives in a fast-paced setting and self-driven to achieve results
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS and intricate deal structures
- Experience with Excel, Salesforce, and CPQ tools such as Salesforce, Zuora, Subskribe, etc.
