Deal Desk Manager

What you will do:
  • Partner with senior Sales Leadership and internal stakeholders to provide guidance and support
  • Offer thought leadership to develop innovative deal structures and educate the sales team on product bundles
  • Develop improved pricing methodologies based on data and market knowledge
  • Assist with deal financial modeling and proposal support
  • Provide deal structure guidance to Sales on strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute contracts
  • Complete project work to meet Management goals
  • Partner with product teams on pricing models and strategies
  • Coordinate month and quarter end deal closure
  • Review and vet sophisticated deals
  • Build relationships to understand products and the market
  • Create sales enablement materials for product pricing and positioning
  • Optimize contract terms with Finance, Legal, and Operations departments
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and timely delivery of offers
  • Handle transactional deal pricing requests
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years' experience in Pricing Strategy, Deal Desk, or relevant field preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
  • Attention to detail with the ability to explain concepts clearly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English required, ideally multinational experience
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar tools
