1. Making sure our prospects know and respect who Feedzai is and what we do 2. Making sure the Feedzai Sales team is busy with great new prospects who will turn into tomorrow's customers.

You
The
Marketing Operations Intern is responsible for facilitating purchasing, lead management, data quality, and analysis.

Key responsibilities include learning and using core marketing systems like Salesforce and Hubspot as well as monitoring and maintaining consequential datasets that lets the team know how we are performing.


Your Day to Day:

  • Become a power user of marketing automation tools (i

e:
HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Help with lead quality and uploads
  • Help build campaigns and lead nurtures in HubSpot, upload and pull lists, deploy campaign tactics, and track campaign results
  • Support purchasing processes for marketing, working closely with finance and ensuring alignment with the marketing budget
  • Track, analyse and report on marketing performance, while developing and automating standard reports
  • Be a key player in maintaining data hygiene and integrity
  • Partner with RevOps and SalesOps to create and maintain Salesforce reporting
  • General marketing program troubleshooting and quality assurance
  • Work closely with marketing teams in the US and Europe

You Have & You Know-how:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Marketing experience desirable
  • Software/technology company experience desirable
  • Analytical and processoriented mindset
  • Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, time management, and organisational skills
  • Strong collaborative and crossfunctional interpersonal skills

Your First 30-Days at Feedzai:

You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager.

You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey.

In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team.

Finally, you will start working on projects and collaborating on work currently being done. We can't wait to have you join the team
