Travel & Tourism Customer Service Advisor W/ Gds (French Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as Travel and Tourism Customer Service Advisorwill be: Offer information, solutions and to advise customers regarding the company's services, over the phone, emails and chatContribute to a positive customer experience through a responsible treatment of each contactAchieve the performance targets defined by the projectEnsure and participate in the success of the departmentGuarantee clients satisfaction and high level of qualitySkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: You have a native level of French + a good level of English (B2 minimum)
You have previous working experience with a GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre – this is a big plusYou are passionate by the Travel and Tourism industry – studies or experience in this industry is a big plusYou have a professional attitude and strong customer service skillsYou have excellent listening and communication skillsYou are willing to learn and, develop and acquire new skillsYou are dynamic and self-motivatedYou are open minded, a real team player and willing to work in an international and multicultural environmentYou have strong work ethic and committed in your job, ready to contribute to the success of the company and projectYou must hold EU Citizenship or valid work permit for PortugalWhat's in it for you? Working hours:
Monday to Friday, rotating shifts from 08:00 to 20:00A package in line with the market: 830€ gross / month x 14 months + up to 100€ / month performance bonus + meal vouchers of 7.
23€ / workday + reimbursement of some transportation cost + Private Health Insurance and dental plan (after six months)Additional bonus if you have proven experience is a GDS (Amadeus/ Galilleu/ Sabre)If you live outside Portugal:
