Direção de Gestão de Segmento B2C, da
EDP Comercial, que tem como missão liderar o planeamento e a gestão de marketing e vendas de energia e serviços para clientes domésticos (B2C) pretende recrutar para a área de
Customer Experience.


Descritivo de Funções:

Função de Customer Transformation no Segmento B2C com as seguintes funções:

  • Analisar informação de cliente & indicadores de negócio, extrair conclusões e propor e executar iniciativas de melhoria;
  • Planear, participar e/ou coordenar projetos com o objetivo de otimizar/transformar experiência de cliente e/ou melhorar mecanismos de recolha de customer insights;
  • Medir o impacto no cliente das diferentes ações/projetos, propondo ajustes e/ou ações de melhoria;
  • Refletir de forma proativa e continuada sobre jornadas de cliente, garantindo uma comunicação contínua com outras Áreas/Direções e a adoção de boas práticas de mercado;
  • Desenvolver e apresentar documentos de trabalho em sessões de reflexão / acompanhamento da organização sobre CX.

Que tipo de perfil procuramos?

  • Licenciatura e Mestrado em Gestão, Economia ou Engenharia;
  • Elevada capacidade de análise crítica, estruturação, discussão e resolução de problemas;
  • Elevada capacidade analítica e vontade de desafiar o asis e propor soluções criativas;
  • Perfil orientado para o trabalho em equipa com boas capacidades de comunicação;
  • Espírito empreendedor e capacidade para mobilizar equipas multifuncionais para a mudança;
  • Proficiência em Português e Inglês.
