Main Tasks

  • As a Customer Service for Marketplace, you'll gather important information.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Perform triage requests.
  • Provide communications support between teams and business partners.
  • Share insights during official meeting checkins, in order to improve processes.

Profile

  • As a Customer Service for Marketplace, you'll need one to three years of experience in customer service.
  • Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French; Fluency in English
  • B2 level (mandatory).
  • Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience interaction.
  • Exceptional communication skills with grammar and typing accuracy.
  • Be attentive to customers, recognize their needs, and offer them an appropriate solution.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team.
  • Great listener and problem solver with analytical skills.
  • Ability to educate customers on policy and product questions.
  • Capable of reading developer documentation that might be more technical than a normal support manual.
  • Basic Excel knowledge.
