- Atendimento, gestão e encaminhamento de chamadas telefónicas;
- Gestão de agenda presença em eventos e reuniões internas e externas;
- Organização e suporte às reuniões;
- Gestão de correspondência envio, receção e distribuição de correio e encomendas;
- Receção e encaminhamento de visitantes;
- Planeamento e organização de viagens;
- Outras atividades inerentes à função.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura em secretariado, assessoria de administração, protocolo e etiqueta empresarial, línguas, e áreas afins;
- Fluência em Inglês (falado e escrito);
- Conhecimento de outros idiomas (preferencial);
- Experiência prévia em funções similares;
- Experiência em "Travel Arrangement" (preferencial);
- Domínio de MS Office, com especial foco em Outlook;
- Capacidade de antecipação e resolução de problemas;
- Capacidade de planeamento e organização;
- Capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
- Autonomia, proatividade, versatilidade e dinamismo.
