Immigrant Invest, an international company specializing in citizenship and residency by investment programs, is seeking a Client Manager to join our team.

The Client Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, translation companies, and partner companies, as well as overseeing legal and compliance responsibilities.


Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on investment procedures and document requirements
  • Maintaining account registers for translation costs
  • Collecting and preparing documents for registration and citizenship/residency programs
  • Analyzing immigration and tax law for clients and conducting personal meetings
  • Assessing compliance risks for clients' business activities
  • Providing legal support to mitigate litigation risk in customer complaints
  • Communicating with public authorities, real estate agents, and third parties
  • Managing customer and legal projects in CRM programs
  • Responding to partner inquiries and maintaining business relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in client management, preferably in a legal or immigrationrelated field
  • Fluency in
    English and Russian, with knowledge of additional languages as a plus
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance responsibilities in the citizenship and residency by investment industry
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of ASANA, TaskRay, Salesforce, and other CRM programs is a plus
