Accounts Payable Specialist.

What does your day-to-day in this role look like:

  • Payment Processing: Manage weekly payment cycles, reconcile transactions, and ensure accurate and prompt fund disbursement
  • Vendor Management: Facilitate vendor communication, maintain strong relationships, and collaborate on resolving payment and procurement issues
  • Expense Reports: Conduct reviews and process employee expense reports while ensuring adherence to company policies and accurate reconciliation of expenses
  • Record keeping and Reporting: Maintain precise accounts payable records, regularly report on payment statuses and trends, and support both closing activities and finance process enhancements
  • Requirements_

What do you need to be successful at this job?
- bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance
  • Proficiency in German (Minimum B2) and English (B2)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Proactive problem solver with a cando attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
