Descrição da Função

  • Administração de Sistemas SAP
  • Administração de bases de dados ( HANA, Oracle, Sybase, SQL)
  • Suporte e Helpdesk a clientes
  • Analise de reports EWA
  • Gestão e monitorização de sistemas SAP
  • Upgrade e patching de Sistemas SAP
  • Migração e conversão de Sistemas SAP
Requisitos

  • Experiencia em SAP BASIS:
  • Knowledge of IT related concepts needed to troubleshoot administrative issues.
  • Experience with Windows and Unix operating systems is required;
  • Expert Knowledge of SAP Basis concepts;
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP, HCM, JAVA, ABAP, BW, HANA, Adobe Document Services, GRC;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL and HANA database systems;
  • Knowledge of Solution Manager;
  • Knowledge of performing client copies, system refreshes and database management, create and delete clients, organize system copies;
  • Knowledge of SAP Support model and how to engage SAP enterprise support
