Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Manage the schedules of the CEO, CFO, and COO to ensure optimal organization and time management.
- Prepare detailed weekly reports on the development and progress of each project under the company's portfolio.
- Centralize, organize, and summarize work meetings to ensure all key points are recorded and followed up.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, to efficiently create, edit, and format documents.
- Assist in the preparation and participation in public tenders, leveraging necessary experience for success.
- Ensure availability for travel as needed to meet the company's demands.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of French is a bonus.
- Previous experience in similar roles, focusing on managing executive schedules and report preparation.
- Demonstrated ability to centralize, organize, and summarize work meetings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Willingness to travel for work.
- Prior experience in public tenders is advantageous.
