We're looking for an Account Executive, in Portugal, to join us on our mission to solve chaos in international real estate markets.

CASAFARI is the leading real estate data intelligence platform in Europe.


With operations in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, and Germany the company has grown exponentially supported by 200+ employees of, at least, 25 nationalities.


CASAFARI was started based on a a mission to organise the real estate market into an efficient data-powered ecosystem to enable and accelerate deals through a transparent and safe B2B platform.


CASAFARI isn't just another data aggregator:

it's an entire operating system that powers real estate agents in real-time, removing asymmetry of knowledge, accelerating transactions and opening up new opportunities for iBuyers, property developers, investors and Q-commerce operators and beyond to reach their investment objectives.


Your role:

  • Acquire new B2B customers (real estate agencies/brokerages and developers);
  • Inbound sales through signups;
  • Organizing and giving product demos to potential customers, through online video meetings and/or inperson;
  • Ensure that all information relating to Client accounts are updated onto the CRM tools used
  • Collect feedback and communicate it to the product management.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Research organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers
  • Leverage social media to research leads and identify potential clients

What we are looking for:


To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and warm inbound leads.


  • Native Portuguese, fluent English;
  • 1+ years of experience in sales (preferably B2B and SaaS)
  • Ability to understand technology for real estate professionals;
  • Serviceoriented mindset;
  • Start-Up mindset;
  • Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Empathetic with the ability to understand the pains of clients and help with our solutions.
