TX Services is an Engineering Operation Center located in Belgrade and in Braga.

TX Services is expanding its presence in Portugal, and the project you're joining, with an initial team of 14 people from JobCloud, marks a new phase of growth and development.

Your role will involve not only contributing to the development of our products and business expansion but also enhancing collaboration with colleagues from Switzerland, Serbia, and beyond.

Joining an existing team of 19 individuals at TX Services will further cement our global presence and our capacity to innovate, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers

We are looking for an Engineering Manager who would be responsible for:

  • Managing a team, onboarding new talents, and growing people within an open and collaborative culture.
  • Supporting their team to implement solutions that have emerged from crossfunctional initiatives within an effective daytoday agile working environment.
  • Contributing to JobCloud's strategy and implementing longterm technical strategies.

What you will be doing:

  • Build and run a trusting team around a product that serves as a main pillar for JobCloud's success.
  • Organize the team's work and working environment to ensure frictionless individual contributions from team members.
  • Align team goals with the adjacent teams and foster crossdepartment collaboration to efficiently achieve common goals.
  • Motivate, support, and fight for your team to ensure their productivity and overall happiness.
  • Measure the performance inside the team, and provide tools and advice to engineers to enable them to grow their skills and professional careers.
  • Help the team to write productionready code that accounts for testability, readability, reusability, edge cases, security, and errors.
  • Systematic and collaborative troubleshooting and error recovery, given the team's operational data and monitoring philosophy.
  • Expert on the team's domain based on its core principles and architecture.
  • Connect adjacent domains and derive effects for the project architecture and drive necessary collaborations.
  • Proactively communicate their team's roadblocks, delays, and deficiencies to stakeholders and provide potential solutions to those impediments.
  • Regularly review a team's processes and practices with other Lead Engineers, Engineering Managers, and the rest of the team.
  • Contribute to JobCloud's mid
- and long-term technology vision.

  • Experience with people growth and people management
  • Technical mentality and motivation to learn more about software development and cloud environments
  • Experience in project management and time management with the ability to balance multiple initiatives
  • Fluency in English
