As the
Product Manager, your role will be a blend of learning, strategizing, and collaborating. You'll gain insights into our product's life cycle, contribute to strategic discussions, and engage with our user base. Over time, you'll manage various product stages and become the key person for your internal stakeholders. It's a journey of growth and discovery, with an emphasis on teamwork and user-centric thinking.

Your tasks:

  • You prioritize and implement the right tasks through agile development methodologies and experience working in crossfunctional teams
  • You engage in direct contact with our stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and gather valuable insights
  • You cooperate with the data team to make datadriven decisions
  • You understand the company's vision and strategy, and are able to connect this strategy to your own product

Requirements:

  • You have already gained 2+ years' experience in working in a product management function.
  • You enjoy working with crossfunctional teams using agile methodologies.
  • You have an interest in learning about the recruitment market.
  • You are a problem solver and like exploring new solutions.
  • You are a strong communicator in English
