A decade ago, JobCloud conceived a concept ahead of its time - a product designed to efficiently manage and optimize the usage of the customer's hiring budget while identifying the optimal channels to maximize the visibility of job ads (AI/ML are key to optimizing this process) and effectively reach the target public (potential employees).


Today our mission is to revolutionize the industry standard shifting away from the current job ads paradigm of Pay per Duration toward Pay per Performance.

Help us in building, designing, maintaining, and improving this system. Together let's create a collaborative workspace, develop fresh and effective practices, and boost the European job ads market

As a
Web Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing website data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the impact of digital initiatives.

Your work will directly contribute to improving user experiences, and driving business growth.

What you will be doing:

  • Implement Adobe Analytics, be the driving force of the companywide tracking.
  • Develop clear and concise dashboards to creatively visualize KPIs and performance metrics (Adobe analytics, Tableau).
  • Be the owner of a new marketing attribution model, measure the impact of marketing efforts and making them more tangible, ROAS, ROI of brand activities.
  • Engage in proactive dialogue with business partners, to understand and impact their roadmaps and priorities effectively.
  • Conduct quantitative analyses, both recurring and adhoc, to provide datadriven insights for daytoday decision making.
  • Lead the implementation of the Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)
  • Close cooperation with the Data Engineering team to ensure a solid data collection (CDP) into the internal DWH (Single Source of Truth).

Requirements:

  • Curious individual with a passion for web analytics, data mining and a keen interest in data visualization.
  • Ability to work independently in a crossfunctional environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business with a quantitative focus, computer science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Proven skills in Adobe Analytics, Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI), preferably using SQL and Tableau.
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German and French is an asset.
