We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person who is eager to learn and actively contribute to the talent sourcing function at Ferring.

Our mission is to build strong and diverse talent pipelines to meet our growth agenda and we count on your willingness to learn the best sourcing techniques to achieve it.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the screening and recruitment coordination area.

Your day at Ferring

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers across Europe to understand their needs and translate these into deliverables.
  • Assist on building, growing and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
  • Participate in phone screenings' process and reference checks.
  • Provide support with interview scheduling.

  • Graduate degree or equivalent in Social and Organizational Psychology or Human Resources is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good proficiency in English.
  • Interest and desire to learn and develop in the Talent Acquisition area.
  • Good sense of humor.
  • Positive and a "roll up sleeves" mindset.
  • A bias towards quality of hire.
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a fastpaced team and environment.
