Easy4Pro, the most successful and promising start-up of the Redspher Group (european leader of Premium Freight), is looking for an energetic and groundbreaking team member to support the Easy4Pro community.
In this role, you will report to the Operations Manager:
What you will do:
Ensure that every customer receives the right support (by email, phone and/or chat) according to its needsOversee and ensure conflict resolution either with carriers and/or customersFollow up the company processes and workflows in order to give full satisfaction to our customersImprove processes by creating supporting materials, communications and any other user-focused content necessary.
Provide training to new customers and or suppliers joining the Easy4Pro communityCollaborate with the whole team with a continuous improvement approachSupport the invoicing process of the company - verification of documents, amounts, accuracy, registration of suppliers and contracts, payments.
Your profile:
You speak English fluently. Notions of German or French would be a plus.
Strong client communication abilities and capacity to communicate by written, orally and in online "face-to-face" scenarios.
You are also dynamic, highly motivated, rigorous, team player, hands-on, customer-oriented, flexible with a helicopter view, cost-consciousness and persuasiveness.
A self-starter who can demonstrate independence of thought and action (a person with great strength of proposal would be highly appreciated) but with willingness to learn, ask questions and share thoughts and concerns with the team & managersYou are extremely customer-orientedYou are always looking forward to find a quick and sustainable solution for your customer, with curiosity and engagement during the processesYou are Technology savvy (knowledge of Google Suits is a plus)
University Degree, B.S.
or MasterExperience in transportation (2PL, 3PL or 4PL) or Marketplace environment would be an advantage What we offer:
