Role Overview

We are looking for Junior profile to integrate the Provisioning Operations team as a Procurement Operations Representative.

You will:

  • Create Purchase Orders in SAP

We count on you to:

  • Follow up on material/service delivery on time
  • Manage customer requests via ticket or phone
  • Prioritize urgent requests
  • Maintain close relationships with our customers
  • Actively contribute to Continuous Improvement methodology, taking direct ownership of proposed initiatives

You can count on us to:

  • Provide training to get you started on tasks (namely in SAP)
  • Work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
  • Belong to a diverse and united group

You will bring:

  • University Degree (preferably Finance, Accounting, Business, or Management but not mandatory)
  • No experience in similar activities needed (dealing with customers/volumes)
  • Fluency in Italian
  • Good understanding of English
  • Spanish and Portuguese would be a plus
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailoriented and able to work under pressure when urgent issues arise
  • A practical person with troubleshooting capabilities
  • Excellent team player
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Adaptability
