The role:

What you will do:

  • Provide worldclass customer service to all of our customers
  • Review, prioritise and respond to customer support requests with highquality, written communication
  • Leverage our crossfunctional teams to ensure all account issues are resolved quickly
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product and its customer base
  • Be an internal "voice of the customer" by sharing customer feedback trends with the product teams
  • Contribute with ideas to continuously improve Pixie's customer support service, including identifying opportunities to improve selfservice documentation
  • Help promote a creative, rewarding and resultsdriven culture

Requirements:

These traits make you a great fit for the role:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills in English
  • Have 2+ years in another customer support role inside a B2B SaaS startup
  • Previous experience with Intercom and/or Zendesk, Hubspot CRM, Vitally, Loom, Google Meets and other conferencing software
  • Curious, fast learner, comfortable with technology and keen to become a Pixie expert
- (Ideally but not a blocker) In the past, you worked at an accounting or bookkeeping firm for at least 1 year
