What this job involves:

Objective

As a Consultant on the Strategic Consultancy team, you will support the provision of strategic consultancy services in areas of the feasibility study, project positioning, regional development consultancy, culture & tourism project consultancy, high & best use projects to company clients in Portugal using " best-in-class" tools and best practices.


  • Take the lead in the production of presentations, reports, and proposals. Involvement in key phases of client assignments;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients at a senior level;
  • Develop, manage and motivate team members;
  • Assist to control costs and achieve the budget;
  • Achieve annual objectives set within performance review;

  • Education


A Degree in Economy, Finance, Engineer, Management or business-related discipline; Postgraduate qualifications, including an MBA or equivalent, will be an advantage.


  • Knowledge & Experience


You should ideally have experience across multiple sectors preferred with at least 3/4 years relevant experience in Consultancy Real Estate, or other background gained from the real estate or consultancy industry.


  • Work Style / Personal Attributes


We are looking for someone with the ability to interact with Real Estate clients, a dynamic personality with strong presentation skills.

A strategic thinker, curious and innovative, with the ability to work with multi-cultural, multi-disciplinar teams.
