Your Mission
You will be responsible for building SaltPay's future by attracting and hiring the best people to aid our expansion.

Your mission will not just be about improving our talent pool, but also working alongside leaders to develop hiring strategies that best serve their needs.

You will have a deep understanding of the systems in place, improve hiring processes, and be the trusted recruiter to your assigned departments.

You will be proactive in your discussions, anticipate hiring needs before they become pressing, and enforce best interviewing practice around the company.

In that sense, some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Immerse yourself in department-specific conversations to understand the types of profiles that would be a good fit;
  • Customise hiring and interviewing pipelines for specific roles;
  • Navigate our Applicant Tracking System by managing open positions, creating new ones, and ensuring transparent communication between participants in the interviewing process;
  • Identify gaps in our hiring toolkit, propose improvements and lead their implementation;
  • Help build, maintain, and improve the hiring infrastructure;
  • Ensure SLA compliance and datadriven decisionmaking throughout the hiring process;
  • Assist with contractual and onboarding protocols;

Your Story

Some important requirements would be:

  • 25 years of relevant work experience recruiting in Tech;
  • Passion for working with people;
  • Capacity to be assertive, and truthful;
  • Dedication to being organised and helping others in distress;
  • Ability to challenge the status quo, question how things are done, and selfcriticise;
  • Aptitude in taking ownership and decisionmaking;
  • Strong team ethic and collaborative spirit;
  • A desire to learn and grow with the company;
You take initiative and thrive in uncomfortable situations.

You find creative solutions, respond well under pressure, and are willing to engage problems outside the scope of your job when necessary.


Fluency in English is a requirement. Fluency in additional European languages is a
strong preference.
