Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes: onboarding and offboarding initiatives, and liaising with local public entities;
  • Manage "Learning and Development" area, including the definition and implementation of training plans, organize training actions, maintain training records, training assessments and reporting for all Portugal business;
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Support and undertake tasks around Performance Management cycle and Career Development;
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Promote employees' engagement and help foster the company culture, supporting internal surveys, proposing improvements to current processes and suggesting new ways of People working;
  • Provide support to all local business/employees in various HRrelated topics and resolve any issues that may arise, manage new IT and mobiles phones equipaments, mandatory company Insurances and fleet with ARVAL provider.
  • Support workday processes and other administrative tasks inherent to the local People department, collaborate in several People areas, interface with all business areas/departments, and occasionally lead individual local People initiatives.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or closely related field;
  • Have minimum of 2 years of experience as a HR Professional, preferably in one of the following functions such as recruitment, performance management, training & development;
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English (Spanish as a third language is preferred);
  • Professional knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point);
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, reporting and research skills.
