ROLE:
- Plan the sales and expansion strategy for the national and international market
- Manage the sales team, seeking to motivate and optimize processes
- Monitor sales results and make periodic reports, as well as define KPIs and controls at all necessary levels
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Management/Marketing/International Trade or similar (preferred)
- Excellent ability to manage a commercial team: minimum of 3 years of experience
- Fluency in English
- Results oriented
- Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills
- Good computer skills
