ROLE:

  • Plan the sales and expansion strategy for the national and international market
  • Manage the sales team, seeking to motivate and optimize processes
  • Monitor sales results and make periodic reports, as well as define KPIs and controls at all necessary levels

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Management/Marketing/International Trade or similar (preferred)
  • Excellent ability to manage a commercial team: minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Results oriented
  • Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good computer skills
