Primary Objective Promote Straumann group solutions for clinicians and dental laboratoriesDrive sales to achieve sales targets in restorative and digital solutionsImplant prosthetics, centralized custom implant prosthetics and tooth-borne restorationsIntra-oral scanners, 3D printers and multiple software solutions and servicesIdentify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships to generate new sales and grow existing salesEstablish and follow up on sales plans to prioritize activitiesFollow the company reporting instructions (CRM)Work in close collaboration with the implant and ortho sales teamsKey Activities Pursue sales leads generated by implant and ortho sales colleaguesCreate sales through own initiative and prospectingConduct daily customer activities such as visits, calls, events, congresses, trainings etc.

Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services, provide training and assistanceCreate offers, conclude sales orders and negotiate customer agreements within limits of authorityRefer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organisation so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demandsDevelop long term sales plans for key customers and accountsEstablish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritise and schedule own activities so these targets are met.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience – dental experience is an advantageMin. of 3-5 years' sales experience, preferably Dental, Pharma, Medical Devices or HealthcarePrior sales experience in dentistry is an advantageExperience and proficiency in consultative selling (B2B environment)High customer and business orientationResult orientedExcellent communication and presentation skillsFluent in local language and in EnglishDriver LicencePersonal/Competencies Energetic, straight-forward and performance-driven professional with entrepreneurial spirit and strong execution abilitiesPro-active and self-initiative personality with a can-do attitudeSupport and control (working smarter not harder), getting things doneTeam oriented attitudeAbility to achieve results in a pragmatic way in a dynamic and innovative organizationStrong negotiating skills, and excellent communication skills, as demonstrated in a multi-lingual environmentFlair for technical matters, digital mindset (social media, softwares, tools)High level of integrity, commitment and ethicsPassion for focus on customers
