Responsibilities:

  • Documentation analysis;
  • Drafting of minutes and contracts;
  • Preparation and scheduling of deeds.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law or Solicitor;
  • Professional experience in procedural management;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Proactivity, determination, motivation and ease of communication;
  • Good knowledge of Office tools;
  • Knowledge of English.
