Your mission

As we expand our team, we are looking to bring in an SDR Manager based in Portugal to support our US-based sales team, with expertise in building and running SDR teams.

You must be comfortable with ambiguity and you'll have clear input into our GTM strategy as we implement, learn and iterate it.

This reports directly to our Chief Supply/Digital Officer.
Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, train and retain the SDR team
  • Build the KPI's with Rev Ops team and enable your team to achieve these
  • Act as a coach to the team and lead from the front
  • Research potential clients using an internal CRM System
  • Takes full ownership of personal targets (& delivers them)
  • Ability to convert warm prospects at a high %
  • Working closely with the Senior Management Team to help drive significantly higher levels of revenue for the business

Requirements:

  • Experience with a GTM motion for highticket value opportunities
  • Outbound motion expertise
  • Datadriven background to understand what good looks like
  • B2B SaaS experience, ideally in a fastgrowth environment
  • Great people skills and high EQ your team enjoys working with you
  • Experience running an SDR team
  • Fluent written and verbal English
