Alliances & Channels Partner Account Manager (PAM) will be responsible for the management and alliances strategy of Systems Integrators and Consulting Partners for Portugal. In this role, the Partner Account Manager will define short and long-term business goals and a go-to-market plan with the main partners.
The Partner Account Manager will align with all relevant internal team members around the clearly defined Go To Market plans. Alignment with the country leader is key. The Partner Account Manager will own the forecast for influenced and sourced ACV and ensure the partners are well aligned with our Account Executives in the sales process. The Partner Account Manager will align closely with sales stakeholders (RVPs & AEs) to drive joint account planning.
The Partner Account Manager will build Credential plans to grow certified capacity based on products and industries that align to the strategic partnership business plans. The Partner Account Manager will work with presales (System Engineering) and post sales (Customer Success Group) to ensure partners accurately scope and deliver successful salesforce implementation projects and adoption of licenses.
Additionally, the Partner Account Manager will be responsible for evangelizing Salesforce’s value proposition within the partner's business and facilitating the partners' value proposition within Salesforce in Portugal. The Partner Account Manager will drive execution in concert with sales plays, services offerings, and solutions in the Portuguese market and field sales teams.

Quarterly Key Sales Objectives (KSO’s)
Ability to maintain a high level of efficiency, balance multiple opposing priorities, and work optimally under pressure in a fast-paced, sophisticated, collaborative, and team
**Requirements**:
Previous experience & success in a sales environment in an A&C capacity
Sales, consulting practice or partner management background
Strong network/references on the partner side
Preferred experience handling system integrators in Portugal
Ability to build, influence and implement strategy in a cross-functional environment
CxOs relationship management
