Key ResponsibilitiesSales Growth: Drive revenue through effective partner management and strategic initiatives, setting and achieving ambitious targets.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships by understanding client needs, aligning solutions, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.Innovation: Identify new business opportunities and implement creative strategies to enhance partner satisfaction.Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and a unified partner experience.Qualifications5+ years of Channel Sales Management experience within the IT industry.Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.Willingness to travel for partner events and meetings.We're committed to fostering a diverse team of individuals.
