**Role Overview**
The Partner Account Manager will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding VIENNA Advantage's partner ecosystem. Operating within a hybrid model, the role will involve collaborating with global partners to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, enable sales support, and drive revenue growth. With a strong focus on relationship-building and strategic alignment, the Partner Account Manager will represent VIENNA Advantage in meetings with prospects, onboard new partners, and ensure adherence to defined sales processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Partner Support**:Collaborate with global partners to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies aligned with VIENNA Advantage's objectives. Provide guidance and support to partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- **Sales Enablement**:Work closely with partners to enable sales support activities, including training, collateral development, and opportunity identification. Ensure that partners have the necessary resources and knowledge to effectively promote VIENNA Advantage solutions.
- **Prospect Engagement**: Represent VIENNA Advantage in meetings with new prospects across all stages of the sales cycle. Present VIENNA Advantage's value proposition, address client concerns, and facilitate the sales process to drive conversion and revenue growth.
- **Partner Acquisition**:Identify and attract new partners to expand VIENNA Advantage's partner network. Evaluate potential partners based on strategic fit, market reach, and growth potential. Lead the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration into VIENNA Advantage's ecosystem.
- **Sales Process Adherence**:Monitor and ensure adherence to defined sales processes by partners. Provide guidance and support to partners to optimize sales performance and achieve targets. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
- **Pipeline Management**:Update VIENNA Advantage CRM with accurate and timely information regarding partner activities and pipeline progress. Generate regular reports to track performance, identify trends, and facilitate decision-making.
- **Representation and Engagement**:Represent VIENNA Advantage at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote brand awareness and network with potential partners and clients. Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for VIENNA Advantage's solutions and services.
- **Business Reviews**: Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, align objectives, and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with partners to develop action plans and strategies to drive mutual success and achieve business objectives.
- **Lead Generation**:Identify and distribute sales leads to appropriate partners based on expertise, capacity, and geographic coverage. Monitor lead progression and provide support as needed to ensure successful conversion and revenue generation.
- **Education and Training**:Promote and track partners' education on the VIENNA Advantage platform and solutions. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance partner capabilities and drive adoption.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of success in a sales environment, with a focus on partner or channel sales.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Familiarity with VIENNA Advantage CRM or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent negotiation, organization, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain accountability in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background with knowledge of ERP systems and implementation processes.
- Previous experience in ERP implementation or sales.
- Understanding of the ERP landscape and market dynamics.
- Prior experience in partner management or channel development roles.
- Management experience preferred but not essential.
