Ready to lead the charge in driving partner success?
As a Channel Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing our channel partnerships within the ERP and Treasury Management solution ecosystem. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer success.
Your day to day:
- Provide support and nurture strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive mutual success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the channel to drive revenue growth.
- Execute the entire commercial cycle (preparation of offers, negotiation and follow-up) and administrative of the sale according to the company's requirements and using the defined procedures and methodology.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies.
- Provide feedback from the market and channel partners to contribute to product development and enhancement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Generate regular reports on key account metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Sound like you?
- Bachelors Degree in Business, IT or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Channel Account Manager or B2B Sales with ERP products, technology products or technology services.
- Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish (Written & Verbal)
- Strong understanding of ERP Systems, and the ability to articulate technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Results driven with proven experience of exceeding targets.
