**Digital Channels Manager**

**_MISSION:_**

The Digital Channels Manager is responsible for **defining, developing, and implementing the strategic plan across the company's digital channels**. They will oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience.

This is a pivotal and dynamic role, requiring strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team based in Spain and Portugal. The Digital Channels Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, Business Units, IT among others to drive digital initiatives and optimize customer engagement.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Strategy, definition, and management of digital campaigns for all products and services based on the brand and business objectives.
- Budget Control.
- Follow-up and analysis of lead acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Responsible for the generation of sales opportunities (leads) both organic and paid for different business units.
- Management and supervision of all paid and organic campaigns.
- Analysis and monitoring of the different campaigns executed.
- Analysis and improvement proposals on the conversion, retention, and recovery process in collaboration with the Business Units.
- Generating reports and taking corrective decisions.
- Development of digital status audits.
- Creation and execution of the long-term social media strategy for Spain and Portugal.
- Manage the relationship with influencers: micro and macro.
- Supervise the development of social content calendars and manage the daily posting across a range of social media platforms.
- Overseeing content and content summaries for social media
- Direct management with the marketing team for all kinds of creative needs.
- Coordination and management of suppliers and agencies

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:

- Degree or master's degree, preferably in Advertising, Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- 5 years or more of similar experience in digital marketing; preferably in the energy field.
- Management of tools: Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads, programmatic, display based on different objectives.
- Database and data manipulation skills.
- Experience in managing technical requirements for personal data management and GDPR.
- Expert in analytics, analytical tools, research, and reporting.
- Proficiency in best practices and publishing tools for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube.
- Comfortable working with social media publishing and monitoring tools.
- Experience in managing social media communities.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English as working language; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Team player and Creativity.
- Proven ability to manage teams.
- High level of analytical and logical thinking.
- Strong ability to identify and solve problems.
- Good communicator, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the company.
- Highly organised and able to proactively manage schedules and tasks.
- Methodical and thorough, with special attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively with others and independently.
- Energetic, self-motivated and results oriented.
- Initiative and resourcefulness, as well as the ability to follow instructions.
