A SCC conta com três unidades de produção: a Cervejeira de Vialonga, e duas unidades onde são captadas e engarrafadas a água mineral natural de Luso® e a água de nascente do Cruzeiro® e a água mineral natural gaseificada Castello®.

Your mission:
Understand the marketing brand plan (for the assigned brands) and the On trade channel in order to develop the annual Trade Marketing plan, ensuring customer at the centre and the delivery of expected results.

Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy and plan for the assigned Channel - Flagship and Hotels & Corporate Accounts - that mirrors the On Trade strategy and on category vision to drive growth both, for clients and our business.

Your Responsibilities:

- Research channel insights that can inform the On Trade Channel strategy
- Understand the Brand role to translate it into the channel
- Provide insights and recommendations to Brand Managers, Marketing Managers and Sales Managers to help optimize company sales performance
- Design the channel trade marketing plan in alignment with the on-trade strategy and the Marketing team, ensuring its execution
- Evaluate the feasibility of the Trade Marketing Plan with the Sales Execution team, incorporating their feedback into final version.
- Ensure PICOS execution in aligned with Trade marketing plan for brand/channel
- Create tools (Sell in and/or Sell out solutions) to maximize results
- Monitor and control the implementation of the Trade Marketing plan for the brand/sub-channel, ensuring it drives availability, visibility and affordability in PoS, according to brands strategy and suggesting corrective measures whenever necessary
- Coordinate along with the Sales Capability Managers insightful training to empower the sales team with techniques and tools necessary for an execution of excellence
- Manage the trade marketing investment: ensuring allocation and monitorization os POS assets in alignement with investement policy and ROI ambition
- Manage the annual BTL budget for the assigned brands and sub-channel in order to maximize return on investments

We want you to bring:

- Degree in Management, Marketing, or similar;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
- User knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of Portuguese market;
- Driving License;
- Availability to travel;
- Good English skills;
- Analytical skills (data analysis, market research, and marketing analytics tools);
- Budget management and annual planning skills;
- Stakeholder management;
