Your new role
Reporting to TradeMarketing Manager Iberia, you will be responsible for:
Setting the Vision andLong-term Strategy for the Business with collaboration of Detailing &Merchandising Manager together with the Trade Marketing Head, regardingMerchandising, Trainers and Doctor Detailing in Spain and Portugal, and executethe plan to achieve the NS and Contribution targets to deliver against thefinancial commitments in Portugal;
Coordinate with allTrade & Shopper Marketing Manager / Brand Managers /Sales Team, theStrategy and Execution of their channels and external forces to excellence inthe execution, having the right planification and alignment;
Lead, build andmaintain a network of stakeholders to identify potential business developmentopportunities and to protect company’s interests in order to support thedelivery of Trade Marketing & Sales objectives;
Develop the Contractwith external forces yearly revision and adaptation;
Acting as a strategicinterface between Marketing and Sales translating Brand Strategy into Category,Channel & Customer plans and for developing, produce, coordinaterecommendations and control BTL-programs, POS-materials and tradecommunications at national / regional levels of Brands in store;
Collect best practiceslocally and globally to detect opportunities and trends of the category;
Ensuring that the bestassortment, visibility, promotion, e-commerce and advocacy is done in the brandby channel / sub-channel.
What you'll need to be succeed
We are looking forprofessionals with Higher Education or Degree in Business or similar áreas;
Experience of 3-5yearsin FMCG industry with solid track record of success (including delivering ontargets). Strategic thinking with a comprehensive category and retail customerknowledge are essential. Marketing, Sales and international experience are ofadvantage;
Can work independentlyunder pressure and capable of delivering commitments;
Strong inter-personaland communication skill, able to persuade and influence others through personalcredibility and assertiveness;
Strength in problemsolving, ability to handle multiple and complex tasks simultaneously, to setpriorities and allocate resources as required and influence results;
Strong analytic andproblem-solving skills. Displays knowledge in using logical, analytical toolsto address difficult issues and recommend potential decision;
Ambitious andself-motivated with an Excellent written and verbal communication skills,capability to adapt to audience specifics;
Fluent in English(C1/C2) and Fluent in Spanish (preferred);
Financialunderstanding and P&L literacy;
Mobility.
