**About the role**
As a** Growth Manager**, you will play a crucial role in bringing Bounce's growth to the next level by developing and executing Growth strategy aimed at exploring and scaling new marketing channels. You will be responsible for the conception, development and execution of these new marketing initiatives, as well as tracking their progress with a data-driven and analytical approach.
**Where you come in**
- Develop and implement growth marketing channels, including Out-Of-Home, partnerships & paid social, to increase user acquisition and revenue generation for our luggage storage product.
- Analyse and understand user behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities through new channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, brand, design, engineering, and data science, to align initiatives with wider business goals.
- Plan, execute, and analyze channel experiments to optimize performance and drive new customer acquisition.
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Develop and maintain key metrics to monitor the success of growth initiatives and provide regular reports to the wider team.
**Your profile**
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting or business operations (a focus on user acquisition is a plus)
- You have strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- You’re entrepreneurial; you don’t need direction; you're self-driven and pragmatic
- You have a strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
