The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Pet Channel Development Manager to drive strategic growth and foster strong partnerships within the pet industry. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our key sales channels, ensuring seamless alignment between our internal teams and external partners.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective channel strategies that drive revenue growth within the pet industry.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
Manage and nurture relationships with channel partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
Analyze market trends and partner performance for growth opportunities, aligning strategies with business goals through collaboration with internal teams.
Create sales tools, presentations, and training for partners, collaborating with marketing on promotional campaigns.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years in channel management, sales, or business development, preferably in the animal health pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of developing channel strategies and managing partner relationships.
• Industry knowledge with key accounts in retail and corporate veterinary channels is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other relevant software tools.
