  • Master the application, understanding its functionality and data model comprehensively.
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis, system configuration, and training efforts.
  • Collaborate with IT architects, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive innovation.
  • Ensure system compliance, handle incidents, and support new technologies integration.
  • Stay informed about regulatory and security standards, guiding changes accordingly.

We are seeking candidates with:

  • 2+ years in IT projects with knowledge of standard processes (e.g., ITIL).
  • Basic comprehension of IT foundations, accounting, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Proactive approach, ownership mindset, and commitment to quality.
  • Experience in agile and waterfall methodologies and fluency in English.

Preferred but not required skills:

  • Background in a banking environment or contract management systems.
