What will be your key responsibilities?

  • You will oversee the smooth installation and effective maintenance of laboratory diagnostics systems within set deadlines, maintaining top-notch quality.
  • You will collaborate with other customer service engineers (CSEs) and application experts engaged in your projects, managing and servicing the installed systems, both on-site and remotely.
  • You will assist the project manager across all implementation phases.
  • You will handle all your travel-related administrative duties promptly and efficiently (e.g., travel requests, service logs).

What qualifications do you need for this role?

  • You have finished a technical degree program in this field; alternatively, you have received technical training (e.g., as a medical engineer, biomedical engineer, or electrical engineer) and can exhibit relevant professional experience.
  • You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in laboratory diagnostics and automation systems, especially in clinical chemistry, immunoassay, and automation settings.
  • Your exceptional interpersonal, team management, and communication skills allow you to collaborate seamlessly with clients and colleagues at all levels. Your organizational skills help you maintain control in complex scenarios.
  • You have exceptional analytical abilities, along with expertise in effective problem-solving techniques, and a commitment to addressing technical issues promptly and professionally.
  • You can contribute to global projects using your excellent English language skills. Proficiency in additional languages would be a plus.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

  • Degree/Integrated Master's in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Health Equipment Technology (preferred).
  • Knowledge of electronics, automation, and robotics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated sense of responsibility, autonomy, and a strong aptitude for learning.
  • Availability for travel and occasional night/weekend shifts.
  • A team player attitude.
