Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the installed base of Siemens Healthineers systems as well as the associated customer data in our ERP system (SAP P58), thus ensuring a high quality of the master data.
  • You are supporting the intime implementation and planning of reactive as well as proactive service activities like installations/updates/maintenance and the accuracy in our ERP system.
  • You are actively supporting the installed base transformation (converting the installed base to our latest product family)
  • You are identifying outliers in our installed base and actively drive necessary changes
  • You support us in analyzing existing processes/tools and identifying further improvement potentials for our business

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have completed commercial or technical vocational training and have several years of professional experience
  • You have indepth experience within customer service processes and are characterized by great empathy and a customeroriented mindset
  • Dealing with databases and associated data analyses is easy for you
  • Ideally, you are already familiar with Siemens Healthineers products and systems

Your attributes and skills:

  • Our team language is English, so you have business fluent Englisch skills; in addition, you have a good command of local language to be able to communicate with our global interfaces
  • Your strengths include a structured and independent way of working, reliability and accuracy
  • Personally, you convince us with your teamwork and communication skills and customer orientation
