Considered one of the world's largest river cruise operators, MysticInvest integrates in this sector DouroAzul, the largest river cruise operator in Portugal, distinguished, several times, as the best European river cruise company and Nicko Cruises, which operates more than 25 of hotel ships on three continents.

In 2019, MysticInvest reinforced its internationalization strategy with the launch of Mystic Cruises, a company dedicated to ocean cruises that aims to have a fleet of 10 expedition cruise ships operating over the next decade.

Job Description:


The Specialist will report directly to Corporate HR Director and work together with the rest of the companies of the group.

As a Senior HR Development, you will support and maintain the HR Development processes, Performance Appraisal, Training, Career development as well as the Compensation and Benefits from the group.


Compensation and Benefits (C&B)

  • The C&B Specialist will be responsible to describe and update the Job Profiles, supporting to define of the Salary Policy, Salary Benchmarks, and Bonus Schemes, and to assure the definition and implementation of the Performance Appraisal System for Pluris Group.
The position holder ensures this is done by doing the following:

  • Work in close cooperation with local HR to determine needs, improvements, and action plans, required to ensure effective compensation and benefits programs are in place at all companies.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of compensation programs including base salary, bonuses, job evaluation, and recognition.
  • Provide global guidelines and support for local C&Brelated issues
  • Monitor market trends to ensure that total rewards are competitive.
  • Lead remuneration survey participation
  • Design and implementation of the Performance Appraisal System.

Development

  • Coordination of Performance and Talent Development processes.
Coach management and team members to foster leadership and people development;

  • Implementation of culture and transformation initiatives;
  • Ensure total compliance with Employment law and best practices in labor procedures;
  • Management of personnel transactions, including hiring contracts, promotions, and contract termination;
  • Coordination of the onboarding processes;
  • Support the development of new HR policies and procedures;
  • Management and control of HR-KPIs (Attrition rate, rotation, absent rate, training).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required;
  • Three to four years of related experience required;
  • Extensive knowledge of Compensation and Benefits in Korn Ferry Methodology;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills;
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills;
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals;
  • Ability to keep information confidential;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software;
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
