Wir suchen aktuell einen deutschsprachigen Kundenberater für unser Partnerunternehmen aus der Versicherungsbranche, der kurzfristig in der Lissabon beruflich durchstarten will. Als erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden legst du ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten an den Tag und kannst freundlich und problemlösungsorientiert beraten. Kundengespräche lässt du nie eskalieren sondern findest immer eine zufriedenstellende lösung für deine Gesprächspartner.

**Zu deinem Aufgabenfeld**:

- Als Kundenberater in der Versicherungsbranche setzt du deine Fähigkeiten ein, um aufkommende Probleme präzise und effizient zu lösen und deine Kunden problemlösungsorientiert zu beraten. Angesichts der Dynamik dieses Jobs wirst du in der Lage sein, deine IT-Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln und deine internationale Karriere in deinem eigenen Tempo voranzutreiben._
- Deutschsprachige Inbound-Kundenbetreuung per Telefon, Chat und E-mail bezüglich verschiedener Versicherungsthemen
- Beantwortung von E-Mails und Zusendung von Dokumenten, Informationen, Verträge etc.
- Dokumentation relevanter Fallinformationen im internen Ticketsystem
- Ansprüche geltend machen oder Anfragen stornieren
- Elektronische Archivierung erfolgreich abgeschlossener Fälle
- Überarbeitung und Aktualisierung bei Änderungen von Kundendaten oder Ähnlichem
- Gewährleistung einer exzellenten Kundenzufriedenheit
- Angemessen auf Kundeneskalationen reagieren und den Prozess präzise dokumentieren
- Als Repräsentant der Firma vertrittst du die Unternehmenswerte und sorgst für eine gute Reputation

**Zu deinem Profil**:

- Deutschkenntnisse auf C1/C2-Niveau oder Muttersprache + Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung im Troubleshooting und im Lösen von Kundenproblemen von Vorteil
- Geduld und Einfühlungsvermögen, um die Fragestellungen der Kunden korrekt zu erfassen
- Behandeln Sie alle Daten und persönlichen Informationen mit höchster Vertraulichkeit
- Proaktiv, selbstmotiviert und ein großartiger Teamplayer
