The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.

The Profile

What We Expect From You:

  • Excel in communication and teamwork.
  • Bring a positive, customer-centric approach with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Thrive in delivering results independently and adapting to changing situations.
  • Embrace ambition, value collaboration, and enjoy sharing experiences.
  • Demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and hold a high school diploma or higher.
  • Bring over 1 year of customer service experience to the table.
  • Fluency in Dutch (Nederlands) to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
  • Have a B2 level of English proficiency for seamless communication.
