  • The Business Management Officer supports in the management of a group of teams, in all topics requiring transversal coordination or consolidation of information such as HR, Facilities, Finance, or Community Management

Your Main Activities Are

  • Support the leadership of the scope on daily activities or projects
  • Perform research and actively support ongoing transversal projects and initiatives
  • Support the deliverables and processes on Finance, HR, Operational Permanent Control, Business Continuity, Community Management, and other related to the management of a department within BNP Paribas are done with good quality and within the proper time frame
  • Develop and own data models, for example in Excel, SharePoint (amongst others), with the purpose of consolidating, analysing and reporting data in a structured and articulated way to support and inform business decisions. Contribute to the development or maintenance of new data models in a large range of activities, such as budget monitoring, space management, monitoring of the recruitment, results of internal surveys, among others
  • Support in preparing workshops or meetings with internal clients
  • Support in managing the internal communities, with the organization of events, management of internal sites, sharing of information via mailing list
  • Support in followingup and implementing continuous improvement or new projects that benefit and improve the management of the scope
  • Support to maintaining the knowledge management and audit trail processes, ensuring that the right information is being properly stored
  • Support in the yearly budget process and in followingup the budget
  • Support in management of the portfolio of projects within its scope of teams

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Management experience is a plus
  • At least to 2 years of relevant experience in Management Support / PMO / Operations and Processes
  • Fluent level of English, both written and oral, is mandatory
