Intelcia Shared Services is actively seeking a talented professional to join our team as a IT Field Support.

If you have a passion for technical challenges, close client interaction, and a solid background in WAN/LAN, WLAN, and Security, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

The company that will hire you Shared Service in Lisbon Your mission Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication.

Ensure strict control of SLAs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Implement and resolve 3rd Line tickets efficiently and accurately.
Work in a hybrid model, combining remote and on-site work to optimize productivity.
Participate in preventive activities.

What you'll need to succeed:
Professional-level technical experience, preferably with CCNP or equivalent certification.

Solid knowledge in Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, Huawei, Ubiquity, and security solutions such as Checkpoint, Paloalto, Fortinet Certifications in Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, Huawei, Ubiquity.

Experience with security solutions such as Checkpoint, Paloalto, Fortinet.
