THE OPPORTUNITY
You will act as a Business Partner that will drive
HR projects and processes, achieving a high-level partnership with stakeholders within the Manufacturing Area in Albarraque, Sintra.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support, coach and advise different stakeholders in Manufacturing, for people related topics and anticipating business and organizational needs
- Participate and give support to the milestones and activities of the Transformation/Continuous Improvement Journey of the Factory, call Open+
- Design, execute and assess projects in different areas, that will impact the organization, namely in Leadership Development and Employee Engagement and Career Growth Opportunities.
- Collaborate in projects for Labor Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion Areas.
- Monitor People KPIs, conduct gap analysis and address actions to improve or sustain results related to the people strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree
- English and Portuguese (C1 level and above).
- More than 7 years' experience in a HR generalist role/HRBP/ Talent & Development Specialist.
- Valid EU work permit
- Experience in Manufacturing/Labor Relations environment (preferable)

- You are a business partner in a team, challenging respectfully, actively listening, and able to adapt your approach to achieve business needs.
- You enjoy spending time in shopfloor, coaching supervisors, and business managers.
